TRAWLER BOAT MEN

An unwilling captain, a hoary sea dog, a fiery cook and a naïve greenhorn are thrown together within the rusty hull of The Dawn Floater. The trawler is their stinky home for days if not weeks. The safe haven of their Dorkney Isle harbour is a distant memory as they brave the might and magic of the ocean. They don’t always return with a hold full of fish, but they do always return with a tale to be told.

I'm writing a radio sit-com, so I thought I'd post up little bits and bobs from it here on the blog... God Save the Dawn Floater and all who sail in her!

Anti-Knife Crime Picture Pledge

Launch billboard
Week 2
Week 4
Week 6
As part of the on-going campaign against knives, I created a 48 sheet poster that would run in knife crime hotspots all over the country. The first poster lay blank as we asked members of the bebo community site to download a picture pledge and upload a photo of them holding it. Over a series of weeks the billboard built in gradual stages until completed.

Knife Free Zone Stickers

For the start of the new term, I created a free sticker pack as part of our anti-knife crime campaign. For wacking on lockers, books and bikes sending out the message that school should be a knife free zone. Available free from our itdoesnthavetohappen.co.uk bebo site. Designed by Ryan Self.

CRISPIVAL invited to talk at Show + Tell at the ICA

News of the world's first crisp festival is spreading far and wide. So it's no wonder that I've been asked to give a short presentation as part of The Show + Tell Show at The Institute of Contemporary Art on 24 September.

I'll be talking alongside a sneaker freak and electronic beatsmith with sandwiches and monocle making afterwards.

Please do come down.. details here
