Launch billboard
Week 2
Week 4
Week 6
As part of the on-going campaign against knives, I created a 48 sheet poster that would run in knife crime hotspots all over the country. The first poster lay blank as we asked members of the bebo community site to download a picture pledge and upload a photo of them holding it. Over a series of weeks the billboard built in gradual stages until completed.

CRISPIVAL invited to talk at Show + Tell at the ICA
News of the world's first crisp festival is spreading far and wide. So it's no wonder that I've been asked to give a short presentation as part of The Show + Tell Show at The Institute of Contemporary Art on 24 September.
I'll be talking alongside a sneaker freak and electronic beatsmith with sandwiches and monocle making afterwards.
Please do come down.. details here

The Hospital 100. Out with the Old, In with the New
Blood, entrails and cannibalism. A recent project for The Hospital, a private members club for the creative industry. They hold a vote every year for The Hospital 100, a list of the most powerful creative people of the moment.
Inspired by the revolutionary political cartoons of the 18th Century, “Out with the Old, In with the New” was used to generate excitement within the club but also exploited the industry press to generate further coverage. We created bespoke cartoons for each industry sector that sat within editorial content.

Reader's Letters finally answered!
A concept I wrote with Trevor Lock for Diesel's radio station that broadcasted in May this year. Where reader's letters go when noone wants them.
Oxfam Trailwalker 2008
Every year Oxfam sponsor Trailwalker. It’s a four person, 100 km walk that must be completed in under 30 hours.
Not easy. I thought some encouragement might be in order. This took the form of an emailed pre-event movie (The Trailwalker Code), on-site signage (including Conversation Revival Points) and bath salts that were issued to everyone after the walk (they came with an accompanying bath song book – the songsheet to the song “We are the Champions”)

It Really Doesn't Have To Happen
This week saw the launch of the Home Office's Anti-Knife Crime campaign. Copywritten and art directed by Tim McNaughton, Freddy Mandy and myself after a weekend long brainstorm with 18 young people from across the country that had experience of knife crime. It features two viral films, a print campaign and a branded bebo site. Look out some high-profile collaborations as this campaign grows and hopefully starts to affect young people.

Are you a Festival Freak?
Facebook widget for Virgin Mobile, sponsors of V Festival 2008.
Who kidnapped the lead singer of the cribs last year? What is a 'foo-fighter'? Why are potatoes going to be big this year? There's only one way to find out... Thanks to music journo Sarah Maslin Nir, Andrew Rae for the awesome illustrations and to Katie-Ellen for everything else...

Incredible Flying Car presents: The Peter O'Keefe Pub Quiz
This month Incredible Flying Car slips into the role of the mysterious Peter O'Keefe to present the soon-to-be-legendary Peter O’Keefe Pub Quiz.
Mr. O’Keefe flies in having completed best man duties in Monaco, Peter’s second home (or second static caravan at any rate). Unfortunately a fracas in the small hours of the wedding party saw our patron sustain cognac burns to his face, suit and groin. He is currently pursuing the best no-win no-fee legal advice money can buy, but nothing will keep him from his traditional duties as January's quizmaster, bandaged but beaming.
(AUDIENCE NOTE: Every 15 minutes Mr. O’Keefe’s burns will require the application of strong-smelling ammonium. Delicate audience members may leave for this time.)
Peter looks forward to shaking you by the hand and asking if you know any cheap lawyers.
Yours, P

The Ice Age Is Coming! We're All Going To Die!
But before we become human icicles we're going to try to stay warm for one last night.
We're going to laugh in the face of adversity, do all the things we always wanted to do, be who we always wanted to be, and dance like there's no tomorrow.
