My Logo As Big As ED209

I created this logo for my friends a little while back and they liked it so much they decided to have it painted in 20 foot high letters on the wall outside their club. Now that's the sort of feedback I like.

Silver Award For Our Radio Ad! (Gold is gauche anyway)

A radio ad I created with Tim McNaughton and Freddy Mandy won a silver at the Campaign Big Awards. far more importantly the stats on knife crime among the age we are targeting is dropping too. Thanks to the producer's producer Dan Neale who made it all happen. He still needs a haircut though.

Incredible flying Car AKA Nicky Fatback Djing at The End Of The World

Do you want the good news or the bad news? The bad news is that on Saturday 31st October zombies are gonna take over the world and kill us all. This is quite sad but there’s nothing we can do so there’s no point getting all miserable about it.

The good news is that while the rest of the world freaks out and cries and stuff, we’re going to gather together all the people we love, lock ourselves in a big warehouse, barricade the doors, get smashed, and party for as long as we can until the zombies break in and eat us.

So, if you want one last chance to live out your dreams, come to the party to end all parties, on your last night ever.

My First Book...

After finding myself in The Hospital 100 this year, I was lucky enough to be asked to collaborate with the extremely over-talented art directors and designers Bose Collins to create a club book for The Hospital Club in Covent Garden. Our minds fused as one, synergy prevailed and mystic forces combined to create plenty of silly words and lots of swooshy visuals. I've uploaded two of my favourite double-page spreads here.

Flying Car Spotted in Hospital 100 list

Flying Cars investigated by The Economist.

WHAT is it about “flying cars” that makes otherwise sensible engineers lose touch with reality? Ever since Glenn Curtiss, a seaplane pioneer, racing legend and the Wright brothers’ rival, tried to make a flying car early in the last century, tinkerers have dreamed of having an automobile sprout wings, soar above the traffic, then land and tuck its wings away ready for a short trip into town. Flying cars of one sort or another have dominated the pages of schoolboy comics ever since...

On top of a promo for lead single Drop The Tough made with directors A+W, we produced sleeve artwork as well as digital artwork collaborating with designer Ryan Self and illustrator Camille Bozzini.

Travel the World, Meet New People

This is a new print ad I did for Land Rover. This week it won a Silver at the Creative Circle 2009 Awards. It's a bit like Magic Circle but without Ali Bongo. Maybe next year.

TRAWLER BOAT MEN

An unwilling captain, a hoary sea dog, a fiery cook and a naïve greenhorn are thrown together within the rusty hull of The Dawn Floater. The trawler is their stinky home for days if not weeks. The safe haven of their Dorkney Isle harbour is a distant memory as they brave the might and magic of the ocean. They don’t always return with a hold full of fish, but they do always return with a tale to be told.

I'm writing a radio sit-com, so I thought I'd post up little bits and bobs from it here on the blog... God Save the Dawn Floater and all who sail in her!
