The Mother of Invention

Some new magazine ads and TV stings for V Drink. It's bright green, shiny and when the shop's out of Bacardi Breezers, it's what all the kids are drinking. Lovingly directed by Huse Manfaradi and huggingly photographed by Alan Powdrill.

D.I.Y. Disneyland

Who'd have thought plastic mouse ears would equal instant party? Well they obviously do.

Pig eat pig

For our traditional 'Comfort Food Fridays' I decide that pork is the answer. Here are the cream of Rainey Kelly's creative department at The Honest Sausage in Regent's Park. Oinkalicious.

Hazard Man Body-Popper

You know those yellow cones they put out when the floor's a bit wet? The ones with the pictures of little men slipping over? Well we thought they look a bit like they're body popping, so we nicked a few more off flickr alongside some that were standing and walking and created this body-popping rave anthem. Glowsticks at the ready.

500 Shots in 20 Seconds.

A wee TV commerical we did for The Sunday Times' Rugby World Cup Guide. The director shot over 500 digital stills over four days. Thank you Daniel Cohen at Th1ng, we promise the next ad won't be as painful.

The Eskimo Sandpaper Kiss

I was asked to help come up with games for MTV's new show Fist of Zen, where members of the public had to complete hazardous and painful tasks in excange for cash prizes, all overlooked by the mighty zen master. Here's one of my favourites, the Eskimo Sandpaper Kiss. Don't try it at home. Unless there's money involved.

The End of the World Part II

If you're prone to epileptic seizures look away now. After two successful runs we've been asked to give The End of the World show a new look for the next season. Here's part of the branding, an animated logo that will be projected onto the big screen before and after the show itself.

Talking Cats: The next chapter

Talking Cats is one of our favourite ever clips on youtube. Hilarious and sorrowful in equal measure. We decided contribute to the talking cats craze with our own submission:

Rogue Tagging: The Art of Tagging People Wrongly on Facebook

Facebook is a social networking site on the lines of Myspace but far more addictive. People commonly upload photos which are "tagged" according to who is in them. We duly invented 'Rogue Tagging: The Art of Tagging Pictures Wrongly to confuse, amuse or abuse', which is now one of the fastest growing groups on there. Some of our favourites that members have submitted...

Smollensky & Blake sponsor Big Brother

Ok, so we're still waiting on the backlash on this one... We put together 72, count 'em, 72 idents for Virgin Media's sposorship of this season's Big Brother. Our idea was to put spoof subtitles on Big Brother clips from round the world, which involved wading through hours of footage from Argentina, Russia, Holland, Germany, Africa and (still our favourite) Brazil.

We'd tried to write as many as possible so hopefully you won't see the same one too many times. Look out for Deigo, the blonde Brazilian bombshell, surely a global star in the making.

Vote Electro R'n'B

We're working with some friends of ours called Milke, producers of premium Electro/R'n'B. We've produced branding from the logo, sleeve designs, to a website - votemilke.com - We also ran a week of webcasts not too long ago called "7 Days, 7 secrets". Here's a teaser...

Homeboy or Homeless?

Just a clip of an everyday madman on the northern line. Unless... with the addition of a few choice beats he's transformed into an old-school b-boy...

Champion Babies!

Everyone thinks their baby is the bee's knees, so we thought we'd come up with some toddlers' sweatshirts with this in mind. Here's a blue number that's still in testing stage....

Jiffy Bag Disco

Who says office stationary can't have a little fun too. A little clip we did using a padded envelope and a disco classic... I'm sure we should have been doing something far more urgent at the time.

You're Damn Right I Earned It!

Us blokes have it hard! Three posters we did for Budweiser beer. You might have seen these on bus stops and phone boxes. A campaign more popular with men then with women for some reason... Many thanks to designer to the stars Daniel Mead.

And not forgeting a radio commerical we did too!

Founders of Skype launch Joost!

If you're into new technology or just into free stuff you'll see that the founders of Skype have just launched Joost. Free TV over your internet connection.. pretty cool. Here's one of four little movies we did with Up The Resolution to launch Skype worldwide in 2004. Beware the dangers of not sharing...

We Don't Like Crime.

Three posters we did on the tube last year for the Home Office, with gorgeous illustrations by Jonathan Tram. In memory of the guardian angels (remember them?).

Japanese girls in short skirts, what's not to like?

Thought we'd post a music promo we did directed by the shammasian brothers. It's for Thomas Falke who seems to have dissappeared off the planet.. oh well

Beware the Cone Master.

What happens when you get a bit of spare time on a shoot and find some police cones? You become Conemaster, Master of the Cones...

Xerox viral film - Beware the Watercooler

A sweet little viral ad we did for photocopying giant Xerox. The boss character was brilliant... Thanks to director Owen Harris and Mike and Rob, the real brains behind the operation...
